Cancellation & Refund Summary
- Customers may cancel services before installation begins. Refund eligibility depends on project status, equipment condition, and services already performed. Equipment that has been installed, programmed, activated, customized, damaged, or cannot be returned to the manufacturer may not qualify for a refund. Labor, consultation, programming, travel, installation, and project management fees are generally non-refundable once services have been performed. Refunds, if approved, may be reduced by equipment costs, labor charges, third-party expenses, permit fees, financing fees, and other project-related costs. Approved refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days.
